Microblading & Shading on Trichotillomania

Today I am sharing this because is true story and even people think that Microblading, Microblading and Shading or even Ombre brow can’t be done but yes it can. You can find one of these days with a challenging case of a client that haves this disorder called Trichotillomania.

Trichotillomania is a disorder that involves recurrent, irresistible urges to pull out body hair.

This been said I saw a client that had her brows tattooed 4 times in 3 years and told me nothing held in her skin she suffers of Trichotillomania. Her skin was very hard to work on since so many times of been tattooed but her color was faded so I recommended to do Microblading and Shading to cover the old Tattoo. I never like to take on clients with previous work done that it was not by me from the beginning because correcting other people work still can not be easy to have the best of the results when a person is not happy already with there brows.

I made an exception this time because I knew I could fix them and make her happy with the results of the brows. But It is important to only work on cover-up cases that are "hideable" and faded, otherwise the concealment could get worse and produce an unfavorable outcome. Corrections are advanced skills if you cant do them don’t take the risk.
