”Trust in the Lord with all your heart.”
– Proverbs 3:5
I was born and raised in Queens, New York (true New Yorker at heart ❤️ but without the attitude).
I have spent most of my career in hospitality so you can say I have a heart for people but I always felt something was lacking. I was introduced to Permanent makeup and the rest is history. Lifting and encouraging other women has always been part of my personality, it is now my honor to be part of women’s journey to becoming their best selves. I found true passion in elevating the natural beauty in others, and I can help you both in English and Spanish.
As an artist I consider my strengths to be my ability to work well with others. As a permanent makeup artist we interact with people from all walks of life. And the fact that I can listen and be flexible is a win- win for me as well as my client. I am also very thorough and detail oriented, and my specialty is Ombré brows, microblading, and microblading/shading. My favorite personal technique to work on is Ombré brows and Mircoblading/shading. Using this technique(shading) gives the illusion of fuller brows and it is perfect for all skin types.
My goal is when you walk out the studio you have no doubt you made the right decision. That your only question is “Why didn’t I do this sooner”?
My philosophy is don’t do unto others what you don’t want done unto you. I treat everyone as my equal and I always give the benefit of the doubt. I believe this is the only way we should all live to have a peaceful life.
My mission/purpose in life is to one day be able to take time out of the year and travel to needed areas around the world and donate my time as well as money. I would love to join an organization that delivers hope and joy to the less fortunate. I am grateful that I have found this lucrative career that will help me reach this purpose.
My personal tip to working better is patience. You cannot rush the process. From measuring and mapping out the brows the most important aspect is taking your time. You want to make sure nothing is overlooked.
My advice to new artists is to practice, practice, practice and never give up. I know it can be a struggle but always remember anything worth it can be a bit disheartening. Eventually, it will be second nature to you. Also, continue your education. Being a Permanent makeup artist is a never ending learning career. New trends are always coming up and you want to stay relevant.
