I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York to parents that immigrated from Puerto Rico. I’m a retired public servant. I served my community and it was of the utmost importance to me that everyone I came in contact with felt seen and heard.
My purpose and passion in life has always been to provide a mirror in which others can see their imperfect PERFECTION an entity of humanity and ultimate beauty.
In my second act I chose to become a PMU Artist because in this field I get to empower others from the inside out.
Enhancing someone’s outward appearance gives them the confidence they didn’t know they had. It’s a transformation that I’m very fortunate to witness over and over again and that brings me great joy. As a creative being I am equipped with perseverance, patience, and perfectionism.
This career has reaffirmed what I’ve always known and that is that I’m the best version of myself when I’m helping others feel great about themselves.
To those that are considering joining in this field, I would say “practice makes perfect” and continue to evolve. It takes lots of practice and perseverance. When you are ready to quit – DON’T – because you are about to break through.
