DEPOSITS

  • Our studios require a deposit of $150 for appointments with Senior and Royal Artists.
  • For appointments with Master Artists, a deposit of $250 is required.
  • For Scalp Micro Pigmentation (SMP) only, a 50% deposit is required.
  • For any service that is $300 or less, then a 50% deposit is required.
  • Deposit is transferable within 3 months of original booking date. 

REFUNDS

“What if I don’t like it?”

There are several things we can do. Your eyebrows can be modified to a point. Daly will work with you until you are satisfied with your results.

NO FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS will be given after the service has already started. Special circumstances MAY be made if there is an issue with your service with regards to incorrect shape or color, however, a refund is NOT guaranteed as the service was already carried out and tattoos are not physical, tangible items. Additionally, before requesting a refund for COLOR, you must allow the pigment to settle and fade accordingly, this may take up to 4 weeks.

Refunds are at the lead technicians discretion ONLY.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 72 hours in advance. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of your appointment time, your deposit will no longer be transferable and will serve as the cancellation fee ($150 for Senior/Royal Artists, $250 for Master Artists and 50% for SMP). A new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.

Our studios allow a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and must be rescheduled.

If for whatever reason an initial deposit was not collected, you ARE SUBJECT TO a flat cancellation of $150 for Senior/Royal and $250 for Master.

TOUCH-UPS ARE NOT INCLUDED, YOU MUST SCHEDULE A TOUCH-UP WITH YOUR TECHNICIAN DURING YOUR INITIAL SESSION AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL TOUCH-UP FEE. 

IF AN APPOINTMENT IS RE-SCHEDULED MORE THAN ONCE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF THE SERVICE IN ADVANCE. IF YOU CANCEL AFTER MAKING THE 50% DEPOSIT, IT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
